Thank you for choosing to exhibit with us at the ninth annual Print Oasis 2010 Print Buyers Conference & Exhibit, which will be held July 19 & 20, 2010 at the prestigious National Press Club in Washington, DC. Here are all the information and order forms you need to plan a successful event:
Print Oasis 2010 Exhibitor Services Kit – advance order discount deadline is July 9, 2010: Our exhibitor services provider, Advantage Expo, offers complete information and order forms for material handling of shipped goods; furniture and/or display rental; electricity hook-up and labor. A/V Rental Options through the National Press Club – The National Press Club offers state-of-the-art audio/visual equipment and support. Download a complete price list here: National Press Club A/V Price List and email your orders directly to Cara Lanza, Director of Marketing: clanza@press.org.

2010 Exhibit Hours
• Monday, July 19: Exhibit Set Up 2 PM – 5 PM
• Monday, July 19: Exhibits OPEN 5 PM - 7 PM - Reception
• Tuesday, July 20: Exhibits OPEN 8 AM – 9 AM; NOON – 1:30 PM;
• Tuesday, July 20: Exhibits OPEN 5 PM - 7 PM - Gala in Exhibit Hall
• Tuesday, July 20: Exhibit Dismantle 7 PM - 9 PM

Booth location and sponsorship opportunities are determined on a first-come, first-serve basis. Exhibitors will be contacted to select their booth location in the order that their payment is received.
