Payment must be received by February 28, 2009 to qualify for the special rate. The
conference fee is $799 for payments received on March 1, 2009 or after.

Conference Fees:

FULL CONFERENCE: Includes the three-day conference with over 30 educational sessions,
peer-to-peer meetings, Expo, special events, opening gala and many meals... $699
early-bird rate up to February 28, 2009; $799 thereafter.

MULTIPLE ATTENDEES FROM SAME COMPANY: More than one person attending? You'll receive
a $50 discount on each attendee when you register more than one person from
the same company at the same time. We can only offer this discount if the attendees
are registered at the same time.

DAILY RATE: If you can’t attend the full conference, you may select from the available
conference dates at the daily rate of $300 for PCPI members and $399 for non-PCPI
members.

SPOUSE/PARTNER RATE: The flat rate of $125 includes access to special events and
Exhibit Hall pass. (Seminars not included.)

BECOME A CERTIFIED PRINT PRODUCTION PROFESSIONAL
|
Onsite certification testing is available for Professional Print Production, Best
Practices for Sustainability in Print, and How to Buy Digital & Variable Data Printing
Certifications to our conference attendees again this year. Certification
includes a printed study guide, resource materials and a pass/fail certification
test. The test may be completed onsite or you have the option of a take-home test.

CANCELLATION POLICY
|
If you must cancel for any reason, you must notify Print Buyers Online.com in writing
by March 15 to receive a full refund - either by fax at 703-534-1858 or by e-mail
at printoasis@e-pbo.com. A $100 cancellation
fee applies if you cancel between March 15, 2009 and April 15, 2009. No refunds
are available after April 15, 2009 5pm EST but you may substitute someone in your
place.
